1) What exactly does Brandify Lab do?

We’re a social-first content studio. We plan and produce short-form video (Reels/TikTok style), build content systems so you stay consistent, and optionally run paid ads to scale what’s working. If you want bilingual support or platform-safe guidance (e.g. Rednote), we can include that too.

2) Who is your service best for?

Businesses that want to grow online but don’t have the time (or team) to plan, film, edit, and post consistently. We work best with brands that care about looking premium and want real outcomes like enquiries, bookings, and sales — not just likes.

3) Do you offer one-off projects or only monthly packages?

Both. Most clients choose a monthly package for consistency, but we also offer one-off projects (e.g. a content shoot, editing-only, campaign support, or a landing page). If you’re not ready for monthly, we can start simple and scale.

4) Why do you recommend 3-month cycles?

Because content needs time to perform. A 3-month cycle gives us room to test formats, learn what works, and improve the next month — instead of guessing week to week. It’s the fastest way to get consistent results without chaos.

5) What do you need from us to get started?

Usually just:

• Your social links + goals

• Brand notes (what you sell, who you target, offers)

• Access/permissions (or you can post yourself)

• Any existing photos/videos (if you have them)
  Then we’ll confirm your content direction and delivery schedule.

6) How does filming work? Do you come on-site?

If your package includes filming, we’ll plan a shoot list, direct the session, and capture what we need for your monthly content. If you’re not doing on-site filming, we can also work with footage you film (Remote Edit).

7) What’s Remote Edit?

Remote Edit means you film, we edit. We’ll give simple filming guidelines (angles, lighting, what to capture), you send the footage, and we turn it into platform-ready videos with clean edits and captions.

8) How long does it take to deliver content?

Turnaround depends on scope and how fast feedback comes back, but the goal is always the same: a clear schedule, delivery in batches, and no surprises. We’ll confirm timelines at kickoff.

9) Do you run paid ads? Is ad spend included?

Yes, we can run Meta / TikTok / Google ads. Ad spend is paid directly by you (to the platform), and we charge a management fee depending on scope. We usually recommend ads after you have strong creatives — because good ads start with good content.

10) How many revisions do we get?

We include standard revisions to polish the content (small edits, text changes, pacing tweaks). Bigger changes—like a full new direction, multiple alternate versions, or reshoots—are treated as extra scope. Everything is clarified in writing before it becomes extra.

12) Do you do creators/KOLs? Are their fees included?

We can help with creator/KOL collaborations. Creator fees (or gifting) are usually paid by the client. We can manage coordination depending on your package or campaign scope.

13) Can you show our work publicly?

Only if you’re comfortable. Some clients prefer privacy. We can keep work confidential, and if you’re open to it, we’ll ask for permission before using anything in our portfolio.
